Chaserr provides CRM, outreach, and workflow management tools for teams managing contacts, websites, email outreach, and related business operations.

Information we collect

We may collect account information, contact records, website data, email aliases, outreach activity, and related CRM information submitted by users.

Google account access

If you connect a Google account to Chaserr, we may access Gmail functionality you explicitly authorize in order to send emails, manage outreach workflows, and support CRM-related functionality.

Chaserr does not sell Google user data to third parties.

Claude connector

If you choose to connect Claude to Chaserr, you select one workspace and grant only the connector scopes shown during consent. When you ask Claude to draft a reply, Chaserr shares the selected unread email thread and sender details with Claude for that requested draft. Chaserr does not share other workspaces through that connection, does not import your Claude Project instructions or skills, and does not allow the connector to send email.

Data storage

Data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized users within the relevant workspace or account.
